YouTube
I guess it's good for looking up information, but you can't be sure the information is correct and you don't always find what you want. I couldn't really find anything good for a research project.
Halfway done & 2.0 awards
Almost there! I checked out Biblio.com. It is used to find out-of-print books from independent booksellers. Pretty cool if you're a collector of rare books, but there are some ridiculous prices. I probably wouldn't use it with my present income.

Library Thing
I love it! It will be fun to show off my collection, and put out reviews on the books I have read. I guess I have to put random books of my favorite authors in so I can say they are my favorite.
LCSD library
I found nothing I didn't know about, though I haven't tried using the library catalog before.
Wikipedia
I think wikipedia is a pretty reliable resource, because what you edited shows up in a history, and people can revert back to an earlier version. It is really annoying to try to edit a really long page, because all the type is the same. I used Wikisource to look up certain works of literature. I didn't make any changes to any pages.

Wikis
Wikis are pretty cool, but it must be hard to figure out which people to invite to edit your wiki. They are good for classroom discussions about online topics. They pretty much force you to read everyone's opinion, unlike class, where you can focus in on just a couple of people.

Delicious
I like the way you can put related sites under one tag. This makes it easier to find stuff and doesn't clog up the toolbar.
